I poured in the dough, lowered the lever, heard a quiet click — and got 30 even pieces. I looked at them in amazement: even, neatly separated, just as they should be. Before that, I used to divide the dough by hand for hours, with uneven pieces. And now — quickly, clearly, without unnecessary movements. I'm already thinking about how much time and nerves I've saved.
